STUART SCANLON
Managing Director
A passionate South African, Stuart Scanlon has worked with hundreds of organisations, helping align business requirements with technology.
Often the first person to be in safety gear, understanding what is happening on the shop floor, looking for opportunity and improvement. His accomplishments have not gone unrewarded, having twice achieved top International accolade from Epicor software corporation for highest growth across Europe Middle East & Africa.
Scanlon holds a Graduate qualification from the Institute of Marketing Management in South Africa.
Danéel van Eck
Director of strategy
At age 13, Danéel van Eck wrote his first commercial software application that was distributed on thousands of PC’s, and by 16 the software products he had developed for technical configuration of telecommunication systems had gone fully commercial.
This progressed and he built a business on custom software development. Danéel has provided consulting input to many companies on their IT and business strategy and he has built and sold multiple companies.
His research for his PhD concerns the conditions under which intuitive decisions can be effective, and focuses on how complexity affects this. Danéel is also a qualified commercial helicopter pilot and instructor, and teaches new pilots to fly in his spare time.
Van Eck holds several qualifications. BSc Computer Science (Wits), MBA Strategic Management (TVU London), PhD in Business (GIBS).
Pieter Lotz
Director of solutions & innovation
Pieter Lotz began his career as a metallurgist, but very quickly transitioned into the technology sector.
After having successfully implemented hundreds of Microsoft solutions, across a number of different industries. Lotz has used his sharp business acumen, to help many businesses become more successful and competitive.
He has sat at many a boardroom table, helping C-Level executives expand on the businesses vision. Fondly known for his talents at getting the most from Microsoft Excel, he is never afraid to get his hands stuck into the detail.
Lotz holds a B. Eng. Chemical (Metallurgical) University of Stellenbosch.
